This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at Kamila Aubre, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Kamila Aubre for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Personal Information
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Kamila Aubre as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Kamila Aubre and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Kamila Aubre to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Kamila Aubre Conditions, you agree to the above. The personal information received through order forms will be stored for a few months and is then automatically deleted if no new orders are made.
Force Majeure
Events outside Kamila Aubre’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Kamila Aubre is released from Kamila Aubre’s obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment
All products remain Kamila Aubre’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Kamila Aubre.
All transfers conducted through Kamila Aubre are handled and transacted through the third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Defect Goods
It is important to notify Kamila Aubre within 7 days after the order receipt that the product is damaged or defect. If the damage was caused during transport by post or courier service, the package must be reported to post or courier respectively.
If a customer receives a defect item with an intact and undamaged packaging, Kamila Aubre replaces it with an identical product. Refunds are issued only if the defect product is out of stock or is not available for sale anymore, unless the customer agrees for an alternative replacement.
Copyright
All perfumes, their description, original packaging and everything related to the creative work of Kamila Aubre is protected by Copyright and cannot by copied, re-created for sale purposes or other online or printed resources without permission.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Shipping
We ship your orders via DPD or post service, depending on the weight, size of the parcel and destination. Please remember that for international orders customs charges may apply. It may take up to 2-12 weeks for most countries to receive an order. Please note, delays in postal service may occur and this does not depend on us. If the product you ordered has not been delivered in time, please contact us. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping address mentioned in your order as this may result in a lost package. In case your country post service ships it back to us and you still want to get your order, additional postage fee lay apply. Please see Shipping Info for more details.
Return Policy
Physical Products
All sales are final, we do NOT accept returns on any products for health, hygiene and safety reasons and due to the nature of perfume bottles but we are happy to help if you have any other problem with your order (broken/defect or wrong items delivered or any other issue which may arise).
Once your order has been placed you cannot cancel it even if it has not been shipped yet, as each order is considered a custom one due to the method of production.
We do NOT refund orders if they are still on the way. At this moment we give a maximum of 3 months, for some countries - 4 months for an order to arrive. Shipping delays do NOT depend on us but are the result of post service procedures related to customs clearance, covid restrictions, etc.
We do not refund pre-order, pre-sale & custom items.
We highly recommend to test perfume before buying a full bottle. Our shipping fees and samples are affordable and can be shipped worldwide.
Gift Cards cannot be refunded. We do not accept exchanges on products.
If the bottle arrives damaged or has leaks, please inform us (with images attached to your email) about it within 7 working days after you receive it from postal or courier service.
If the shipping box arrives damaged, please report that immediately to your local post office or courier company.
All claims must be reported within 14 working days after the receipt of products.

You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose without our prior permission.
Additional Information
Kamila Aubre reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Kamila Aubre has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Kamila Aubre shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available. Any sale prices and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively on any product after the order confirmation.
