SHIPPING & RETURNS

At this moment we ship to most of the world with a few exceptions. Please check your country at checkout.

We have added online tracking to the EU countries (by DPD), the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Russia, South Korea, Japan, China, Israel, the rest of Europe, etc.
While for some countries online tracking may seem to be expensive, packages will arrive well without it in 99% of cases, in particular to most English speaking countries, Israel, South Korea, Japan and Europe (unless we mention 'at your own risk' for your destination at checkout). 
At this moment those are the best options available.

We ship either in envelopes or parcels, depending on your order size.

We ship by post or courier service within 3-5 business days.

Shipping fees include postage and handling fees.

If you have any doubts or questions regarding shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are NOT responsible for an incorrect shipping address mentioned in your order. If your package returns to us and you still would like to receive it, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee. If your order was shipped to a wrong address, the package may not return to us (not all countries send non-registered mail back) and this may result in a lost package. In that case we cannot refund you your order unfortunately.

Shipping ‘at your risk’ destinations: we are NOT responsible for any lost packages if you choose no tracking option, from our experience there is a high risk of lost, damaged parcels and we highly recommend to order with online tracking in your case.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Delivery time is never guaranteed but is indicated as approximate.

3-5 days for Belgium (Bpost/DPD), 1-4 weeks for Europe (Bpost/DPD)

2-6 weeks and longer for non-European countries (Bpost).

Return Policy

All sales are final, we do NOT accept returns on any products for health, hygiene and safety reasons and due to the nature of perfume bottles but we are happy to help if you have any other problem with your order (broken/defect or wrong items delivered or any other issue which may arise).

Once your order has been placed you cannot cancel it even if it has not been shipped yet, as each order is considered a custom one due to the method of production.

We do NOT refund orders if they are still on the way. At this moment we give a maximum of 3 months, for some countries - 4 months for an order to arrive. Shipping delays do NOT depend on us but are the result of post service procedures related to customs clearance, covid restrictions, etc.

We do not refund pre-order, pre-sale & custom items.

We highly recommend to test perfume before buying a full bottle. Our shipping fees and samples are affordable and can be shipped worldwide.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded. We do not accept exchanges on products.

If the bottle arrives damaged or has leaks, please inform us (with images attached to your email) about it within 7 working days after you receive it from postal or courier service.

If the shipping box arrives damaged, please report that immediately to your local post office or courier company.

All claims must be reported within 14 working days after the receipt of products.
